With the game in doubt due to the weather right up until kick off the girls took on West Bridgford for the first time this season.
With a very heavy pitch the game was always going to be a scrappy affair, with very little grass to actually play on all the girls from both sides did really well.
The game was played mainly in the midfield with both sides struggling to break each other down.
Chances were few and far between with both keepers making important stops at vital times but the girls could not manufacture a clear cut chance to work the keeper harder.
The second half was very similar with the heavy pitch being the winner. When chances did come along neither side could apply a clinical finish.
